The Therapeutic Process
The initial phase of therapy will focus on building a relationship and gathering crucial information regarding the main problem or condition. This time allows you time to get to know me and the way I work. Thereafter the process requires weekly session to address the identified problems. Managing the symptoms of the condition or problem is as important as dealing with the cause of the condition or problem.
Through weekly sessions it’s possible for you to gain insight into the patterns, coping mechanisms, motivations and so much more. This knowledge of yourself may allow for greater involvement, understanding and connection to yourself and others.
